In the mountains of Honduras, the future shines brighter at three remote schools, thanks to a program led by SonLight Power, in partnership with Vida Abundante Church, the local municipality of Juticalpa, village leaders, and the generosity of SonLight Power friends like you.
Before SonLight Power arrived in July, these schools didn't have access to basic electricity. Now, these schools are equipped with solar power and hope.
For decades to come, thousands of lives will be transformed by brighter classrooms, greater access to technology, and a safer learning environment.
SonLight Power solar projects like these not only equip communities with lasting power to elevate local educational and health services, they also embody Jesus’ mission to show remote, isolated communities that they are valuable and seen.
Each community is reminded that there are people beyond their village who care, and that they are loved by the Light of the World each time they turn on the light in their classrooms.
